Enneagram

Esther Perel says, “The quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives.” Many of us encounter struggles in our relationships – conflict, misunderstandings, difficulty accepting another’s point of view. Sometimes our most challenging relationship is with ourself; we have trouble understanding our OWN feelings or motives, or act in ways that aren’t self-beneficial.

This disconnect from ourself or others can leave us feeling discouraged, frustrated, confused, and unsure of what actions to take.

The Enneagram is a powerful and transformative tool that helps us understand the ingrained patterns that are operating on autopilot under the surface. It’s similar to a personality system, but far more complex. There are 9 different ways that we view the world, handle problems, and interact with others. And, rather than focusing purely on external behaviors, the Enneagram digs into the WHY – the motivation – behind our thoughts, actions, and feelings. A deep dive into your own psyche can reveal the unconscious patterns and provide a path towards healthier relationships with yourself and others.
